This space is where I jot notes to keep track of the sacred and ordinary moments of my everyday life. (Lately that means lots of poetry).

I grew up in Oklahoma and moved to China after grad school to teach English at a small college in the Northeast. While living in China, I fell in love with everything in sight, including my future husband. We got married and stuck around for a few years before moving across the sea to his hometown in Korea.

You’ll find me daily writing poetry, walking our neighborhood, hanging out with our 3 semi-bicultural kids, embracing awkward conversations in my second language, and depending more on Jesus.

I’m glad you’re here!
